Service Porters serve as a key support role within our team. You will be responsible for providing top notch customer service, assisting in the cleanliness of our dealership's exterior and interior, and ensuring that all customers have a pleasant and safe experience. We are seeking candidates who take great pride in their work and strive to be a positive team player every day!
Location: Hendrick Honda (Bradenton, FL).
Schedule: Full Time, rotating shifts between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday, closed on Sundays.
Pay Range: $17 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers entering the service department and provide assistance with their needs.
Assist Service Advisors with paperwork, such as completing invoices and taking payments.
Maintain cleanliness of the service department, waiting area, and customer vehicles.
Restock supplies and materials in the service department.
Maintain organization of the service department, including the parts and tools.
Perform light maintenance duties.
Ensure customer vehicles are safely and securely parked.
Assist technicians with the movement of vehicles in and out of the service bay.
Assist with driving customers to and from the dealership or other destinations.
Pick up and deliver parts to service technicians as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any customer service issues that may arise within the service department.
Run various errands for the dealership.
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
Participate in required training.
Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Satisfactory work experience in an outdoor setting.
Knowledge of basic safety protocols, detail-oriented.
Knowledge of automotive terminology.
Essential Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other personnel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
Ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
