Job Description:

  • Commercial Fleet Sales Representatives are trained to develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients for the Commercial and Fleet Sales Department. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your creative problem-solving skills to identify outside sales business, negotiate sales contracts, manage sales accounts, and demonstrate the value of our products in a compelling way!   • Location: Terry Labonte Chevrolet (Greensboro, NC).

  • Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri. 8:30am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays 9:00am-3:00pm.

  • Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year and above (based on job performance).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, present, and implement B2B sales strategies and plans to increase sales and profitability of the Commercial Fleet Department.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and vendors.

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.

  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and objectives, and to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement action plans to increase sales.

  • Monitor competitive activities in the marketplace and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Provide timely and accurate information to management regarding sales activities, goals, and objectives.

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract closure.

  • Manage customer accounts, including account planning, execution, and follow-up.

  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure that customer needs are being met.

  • Maintain current knowledge of product and dealership promotions.

  • Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.

  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards.

  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.

  • Participate in required training, keeping abreast of new trends and industry developments.

  • Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.

  • Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.

  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values.

  • Comply with Company policies and procedures.

  • Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully close deals.

  • At least one year of B2B sales experience, preferably in a high volume market.

  • Proven track record of successful sales strategies.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Flexibility to travel as necessary.
