Our Gro Tec Division is searching for an experienced Production Line Associate in our Eatonton, Georgia location. This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work in manufacturing / production area which will include bagging, stacking and labeling products.
• Work closely with other workers while maintaining the necessary speed of the job to ensure the production schedule with efficiency is met.
• Work safely in a production environment with numerous belts, heat sealers and forklifts.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• Must be able to lift 65 lbs. occasionally and 10 – 50 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Indoor and Outdoor work will be required.
• Frequent stooping, squatting, overhead lifting, and walking.
• Work Overtime and weekends as required.
• Able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position in a warehouse distribution and manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
