We are currently searching for an Order Processing Coordinator who will be responsible for maintaining coordination of orders with customer service and warehouse operations in a punctual and efficient manner.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Drive productivity and quality metrics through performance and accountability.
• Support compliance of shipping and receiving practices with established company policies and standards.
• Verify accuracy and quality of orders while maintaining levels established by business unit.
• Ability to wear multiple hats while supporting shipping operations including but not limited to organizing customer orders, printing shipping labels and interfacing with customer service.
• Responsible for conducting oneself in a safe manner while following all safety programs.
• Self-starter with desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in and lead a team environment.
• Daily attendance on the job is expected and essential for success.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• High School Degree required. Associates or bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.
• Two to five years plus of experience in warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to learn statistical analysis to develop measurable warehouse metrics.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Working knowledge of RF receiving, replenishment procedures.
• MS Excel and Word experience strongly preferred.
• SAP experience a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is conducted primarily in an office environment with adequate lighting and controlled temperature levels. Will routinely need to walk to warehouse hub area to communicate with warehouse associates.
• Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday.
