Our Penn Pak Division is searching for an experienced Batching Operator for our Madison, Georgia location. This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Runs equipment and monitors the computer that controls the placement of seed to the production lines.
• Make labels on the label printer that provide lot numbers for all production as well as incoming raw materials.
• Record all batches made to include lot numbers of raw materials on office log for recall purposes.
• Manually place some ingredients into “Hand Add” mixes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• Office/Computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail.
• Frequent stooping, squatting, overhead lifting and walking.
• Work Overtime and weekends as required.
• Abel to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position in a warehouse production facility.
• Must be able to lift, move and stack up to 60lbs.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
