Pennington Seed is searching for an experienced Data Entry Associate for our Greenfield, Missouri location. This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Work with SAP – Seed Analysis Program
• Be familiar with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
• Knowledgeable on various reports to help Lab Manger (i.e., daily cost reporting, month-end financials, other recording, and testing reports, etc.)
• Scanning of emails
• Open to cross training on seed testing if needed
• Be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• Computer skills/data entry skills
• Proficient work with excel and word applications
• Ability to work with numbers, be precise, and pay close attention to details
• Focus on the job without distractions
• Be a good team player, able to work well and respect others
