Our Corporate Information Services team is searching for a Sr. Analyst for our SAP Order Management Technology group based in Schaumburg, IL. Reporting to the SAP OTC Team Lead, this position will own the design, configuration, and testing of the SAP Order Management solution. Primary responsibilities will include both production support activities and participating in special projects. This is a hybrid position with three days in office required.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
• Own the design and configuration for the SAP Order Management solution and related technologies.
• Build deep functional expertise in Central’s Sales and Order-To- Cash business processes and build deep technical skills in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), and related technologies.
• Develop cross-functional expertise in Central’s EDI, Warehousing/Logistics and Billing business processes.
• Develop technology expertise in order management related integration, web-ordering, and mobile technologies.
• Engage and partner with other SAP teams, process owners, and key business stakeholders on solution design and implementation.
• Assist with implementation of projects, including requirements gathering, detailed design, configuration, testing, data prep, training, and conversion.
• Develop relationships with key business partners built on trust and transparency.
• Resolve production support incidents/respond to user inquires

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
• BS/BA in computer technology or business management preferred, with advanced Excel skills
• Strong hands-on experience with the SAP SD modules required, specifically: Order Management, Pricing (incl. Promotions and rebates), ATP, SD Related Master data (Customers, Materials, CMIRs, Material Determination, Listing And Exclusions)
• Strong experience and knowledge of industry standard Order-To-Cash business processes required
• Minimum 5 years experience deploying and supporting SAP SD
• Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP SD functionality
• Experience and knowledge of ABAP programming
• Experience with Warehouse/Logistics, Billing/Finance, and Reporting/Analytics processes

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Typical duties will occur in an office setting; however, candidates will be required to visit our manufacturing facilities.
• % Travel 25-30%
