Account Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Account Operations, the Account Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our largest retail customer accounts. Qualified candidates possess exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail enabling them to resolve problems independently with internal and external contacts.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage/Create new customer profiles in SAP
  • Create and maintain program master summary sheet
  • Internal Item Setup in PLM/SAP
  • External Item Setup in Retailer Portals
  • Manage inventory for eCommerce items
  • Maintain retailer web pages
  • Monitor websites to ensure that all items are setup correctly
  • Monitor and manage in-bound purchase orders
  • Test order management
  • Create sample requests for consumers to obtain reviews
  • Communicate with our manufacturing plants to resolve consumer questions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members for item setup information
  • Generate sales and customer specific reports
  • Manage EDI failures that come through
  • Respond to retailer emails/requests
  • Consumer Warranty Requests
  • Consumer Phone Calls
  • Manage testing requirements
  • Ensure programs have undergone testing
  • Work through corrective action plans internally and with retailers
  • Special Projects as assigned


Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Computer literacy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; prior experience with SAP is helpful
  • Experience working with cross functional teams

  • Creative problem solver with an ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and owns their projects
  • Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Detail-Oriented
