eCommerce Retail Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst

Central Home Brands, a growing Bingham Farms, Michigan-based leading manufacturer and distributor of Pet, Patio and Outdoor Lifestyle products to the leading retailers in the USA and Canada, has an exciting opportunity for a eCommerce Retail Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst to be based in the corporate headquarters.

The eCommerce Retail Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external retail customers, and as such, will be in a highly visible, strategically important role with Central Home Brands. Strong analytical abilities, a continuous improvement mindset and effective communication and relationship-building skills are a must for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ability to efficiently gather information and generate analysis to support successful supply chain management and business success. Analytics will be focused on, but not limited to, assortment planning, demand planning, market analysis and replenishment/inventory management.
  • Review and update forecast regularly utilizing seasonality and current sales trends
  • Communicate sales analysis, forecasts and findings to cross-functional team members and senior leadership team
  • Provide regular POS updates and reports to the organization
  • Track sales goals and assess risks against the plan

Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably analytical/business related).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical conclusions to internal business partners.
  • Two years of work experience in a forecasting or replenishment-related experience preferred.
  • Strong consumer focus.
  • Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office software at an intermediate level, including Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups/xlookups, advanced formulas, macros) and PowerPoint.
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is willing to learn and grow with the ability to contribute ideas in a collaborative team environment.
