Our Pet Segment is seeking an Order Processor to be a part of our K&H Team based in Surprise, Arizona. The Order Processor is responsible for checking, printing, and researching product orders to ensure all orders are correct and sent out in a timely manner.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Ensure orders go out in a timely manner
• Going to a predetermined location in the warehouse, confirming correct material is picked
• Packing material into appropriate packaging for shipment
• Check reports to ensure that all open returns for billing
• Research any outstanding orders and report back to the Supervisor
• Responsible for daily billing
• Act as a backup for other clerks in the department
• Print out FedEx and UPS Labels for each Individual Shipment

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to multi-task
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Working knowledge of SAP, FedEx, and UPS Software is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated
• Flexible hours and ability to work some weekends depending on business demands
• Good communication skills- both written and verbal
• Dependable and has the desire to grow and be develop
• Ten keys by touch- at least 5,000 keystrokes per hour
• Microsoft Outlook experience
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment. Work temperatures can vary due to outside temperatures
• There may be some variation in work hours due to overtime, special projects, deadlines, and other business initiatives
