Our Pet (Aquatics) Segment is searching for a Tantec Operator in our Franklin, WI facility. The Tantec Operator (Primer)is responsible for working on the Tantec machine to prime frames for the building department.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Complete start up and shut down procedures on Tantec machine
• Work closely with Lead to communicate what production orders have been completed and what still needs to be accomplished
• Review work orders and complete work order verification
• Clean work area
• Complete necessary paperwork and attach pallet tags to pallets
• Other duties may be assigned

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Consistent lifting of up to 50pounds with or without accommodation
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Must be able to speak, write and read basic English

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Plant environment with periodic visits to the office area
• Exposed to any number of elements, but none present to the extent of being disagreeable
• Noise level in the work environment varies with specific areas requiring hearing protection
