Central Pet is searching for a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk in our Fairfield, OH facility. This position assists the Operations Manager in maintaining warehouse inventory to ensure proper slotting, accurate item count, appropriate product rotation, and correct item setup.

Shift Details: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:30am until 4:00pm. Reports to the Operations Manager.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS (Description of Duties)

• Create and review Inventory reports to slot product.
• Release work into the vocollect picking system
• Perform daily adjustments to inventory for shortages and damages.
• Process new items into Prelude and slot accordingly.
• Process Inventory transfers between branches
• Maintain location tags throughout the facility
• Utilize Prelude to process inventory transactions
• Other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• 3-5 years of Warehouse experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Prelude and R/F experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Exceptional attendance record.
• Willing to work overtime as needed
