ROLE SUMMARY

Packages, consolidates, wraps and loads picked orders onto delivery trucks; up to 40-50 pallets per shift. Some areas include picking, packaging, dock rearrangement of inbound materials.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• • Complete necessary paper/computer work accurately
• • Identify correct pallet and check order; manually wrap pallets.
• • Operate forklift to consolidate orders.
• • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
• • Regular attendance
• • Onsite presence
• • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction with clean, accurate, and damage-free orders.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• Able to communicate safety issues or concerns to supervisor.

• Able to abide by all company policies and procedures

• Able to read, write and speak English.

• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Must be organized, cooperative and a team player.

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

• Experience with operation of forklifts.

• Forklift certification is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• • Able to safely operate and become certified in the operation of all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, walk-riders, electric pallet jacks, pallet jacks.
• • Lifting up-to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• • Standing/walking for duration of shift.
• • Temperature varies based on weather conditions.
• • Warehouse environment is not 100% dust-free.
• • Use of warehouse equipment including pallet-jacks, walk-riders, forklifts, etc.
• • We work until the job is complete. Full-time employees are expected to work necessary overtime as required

Starting Wage

3 rd Shift: Start time is 10pm, Sunday – Thursday, $18.00-$20.00+ per hour
