Our Garden Segment is searching for Packaging and Coating Machine Operators in our Roll, AZ location. This position monitors machines that prepare grass seed for packaging and distribution.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Operate Coating or Packagine Machine
• Placing product in machine and monitoring the coating once process is complete changing the to the packaging machine
• Packaging product to customer specifications
• Placingpackaged product on topallets
• Using a forklift, stack finished material and place in holding area
• General housekeeping of the work area by using the blower and clearing debris
• Must be able to have an acceptable lines per hour capability with minimum errors

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a non- climate controlled environment with temperature ranges from 115º to 40º Fahrenheit.
• Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
• Seasonal Overtime required
