American Nitrile is seeking an EXPERIENCED Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment troubleshooting, facilities maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.

Key Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot industrial automation equipment, including conveyor systems, servo motors
• Maintain and repair equipment using Allen Bradley machines
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
• Determine root causes of equipment failure and develop processes to minimize downtime.
• Research equipment and processes and make recommendations to meet future needs.
• Must be able to work without direct supervision, be a self-starter, pay attention to details including accurate data collection/entry and tracking of preventative maintenance information.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities

• 5 years of verifiable industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent 
• Superior troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Facilities maintenance experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with troubleshooting industrial automation equipment
• Experienced in servo motor and fan motor replacements
