JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team. This is an entry level position

that requires performing a variety of quality control tests on the product at various stages of the production process to

ensure compliance. In this role, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process

production, finished products, and recording the results. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a keen

attention to detail.

Must be committed to providing our customers a product that is safe and meets specifications, regulations, and

requirements.

DAILY & MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and

rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

• Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement

tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor.

• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.

• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

• Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.

• Operates various pieces of equipment.

• Utilizes continuous-improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required work-safe practices.

• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift-up to 20lbs.

• Ability to work well with your hands.
