Job Description
Mezzo, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, specializes in designing and manufacturing high performance heat exchangers for the most demanding applications, including F1 racing, Indycar, Aerospace, and Defense.
We are looking for an individual to fill a full-time position as a parts inspector. The successful candidate will inspect complex CNC machined parts and assemblies using our CMM and traditional measuring equipment. You must be an excellent communicator with the interpersonal skills to interact effectively with everyone from customers and supervisors/managers to engineers and machinists.

Job Requirements
The parts Inspector is expected to perform, including but not limited to, the following:
• Perform dimensional, in-process, receiving and final inspections.
• Setup and programming of CMM equipment.
• Measure and record all necessary quality inspection requirements.
• Validate, run and properly store programs used in CMM inspections.
The ideal candidates should have and demonstrate the following capabilities:
• Excellence in professionalism and maturity in all actions and communications with leadership and fellow employees.
• Experience in CNC machine shops and a fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Knowledge of quality control, inspection methods and use of measuring tools and CMM.
• This position requires utilization of written and verbal communication skills.
• This position requires strong computer skills
• This position requires the individual be a US citizen.
