Options Counselor - Social Services - part time-hybrid schedule
Job description
Dynamic position at a Social Services agency working with elders and younger disabled to assist individuals in need of long-term support services with making informed choices about setting, services, and financial resources that best meet their identified needs. Options Counseling may be provided in hospitals, nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and community settings.

Job requirements
Knowledge of community resources and local service systems for elders and persons with disabilities. Must be able to research resources and have creative problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree required. (Bilingual skills and experience providing resources may be substituted for education.) Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
